Scenic Cabin less than 5mi from Downtown Blue Ridge
Not a single detail has been overlooked at this modern luxury cabin located in the Aska Adventure Area of Blue Ridge less than 5 miles to downtown. Situated on 3 private acres with a panoramic view of the Blue Ridge mountains featuring 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms with plenty of room for 12 guests. Enjoy the outdoor swimming POOL, game room, SAUNA, 2 outdoor fireplaces, EV charger, and fire pit while being immersed in complete luxury.
The Space
Bella Vista is located in a quiet mountain community on a private 3 acre lot. Downtown Blue Ridge is two turns away and less than 10 minutes yet still enjoy the peacefulness of being perched in the mountains. Hiking trails through the national forest are walking distance from the cabin. The road to the cabin is well maintained and easily reached in a regular car. It is all paved roads except the last .5 mile and it is a manicured gravel road without any steep twists or turns. There is an EV charger on the property.

Main Floor
– The entire cabin has been professionally decorated and every piece of furniture, accessory, and artwork has been hand selected for your comfort and enjoyment.
– The main floor has an expansive chefs kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a wine fridge, and is fully stocked to cook during your stay. Enjoy meals at the dining table or the breakfast bar.
– The kitchen opens to the family room with a gas fireplace, tv, and plenty of seating on the leather couch or one of the many poufs. The floor to ceiling windows and french doors give an unobstructed view from the entire main floor to the gorgeous mountains.
– The split master bedrooms are also on the main floor. Both masters have a King sized bed with luxury linens and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and walk in showers. The 1st master has a walk in closet and free standing tub.
– There is also a powder room on the main floor.
Terrace Level
– The open stairway leads to terrace level where family fun and entertainment is endless. Enjoy a game of ping pong or foosball with a friend or play the free standing arcade console with multiple games to choose from. If you had rather relax then lounge on the leather couch, turn a football game on the tv, and make use of the bar area. You can also melt your stress away in the sauna.
– The additional bedrooms are also on the terrace level. The 3rd bedroom features 2 queen size beds and an en suite bathroom. The views from this room are stunning.
– The 4th bedroom is perfect for the kids in the group. There are two sets of full over full bunkbeds along with trundles underneath. There is a tv, walk in closet, bean bag chairs, and age appropriate games/books.
Outside
– The outdoor spaces at Bella Vista keep on going! Upon arrival you’ll notice the fire pit tucked into the side of the property with adirondack seating and perfect views of the sunset and mountains.
– The main floor outdoor space spans the length of the back of the cabin and has a wood burning fireplace, tv, plenty of comfortable seating with a fire table, an outdoor dining table, and propane grill.
– The terrace level deck also extends the entire length of the back of the cabin and features a propane fireplace, plenty of conversation seating, two oversized swings to take in the view, and an outdoor table with seating.
– Around the corner on the side of the cabin you will find the swimming pool and sundeck complete with loungers and unobstructed view of the mountains.

Hello! Our names are Ted, Jovita, Desi and Dan. Originally from Europe, we’ve traveled around the world before settling in Atlanta. Our favorite things to do is exploring new cultures, cuisines and places off the beaten path. We fell in love with Blue Ridge and in 2023 we fulfilled our life-long dream of building our first mountain house that we get to share with ya’ll. In our travels, we have realized that the place you stay while visiting a destination can make or break the entire experience. No expense was spared in building this place as we want you to have a very special and unforgettable experience.
While you’re visiting our home, please enjoy everything that Blue Ridge has to offer. Our favorite things to do are taking a hike on nearby trails, trout fishing on a Toccoa River, and sipping wine on the deck with friends and family.

Cancellation Policy
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Mercier Orchards: Picturesque 300-acre orchard started in 1943 with a variety of pick-your-own seasonal fruits, a tasting room, gift shop & restaurant.
Appalachian Trail Rides: Horseback riding from beginner to advanced on a private 250-acre farm through streams and along lakes with breathtaking mountain views. Make a reservation ahead of time. Ages 6 and up.
Lily Pad Village: Gem mining, fishing, and mini golf in a scenic mountain atmosphere. Located off Aska Road just minutes from the cabin. Perfect family fun day!
Blue Ridge Scenic Railway: Join the many generations who have taken the nostalgic journey through the charming Appalachian foothills of North Georgia aboard the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Reserve in advance.
Tubing the Toccoa: There are several outfitters off of Aska Road to rent tubes and float the Toccoa River. They provide transportation and all you need for a fun day on the water. Our favorite is Toccoa Wilderness Tubing.
Swan Drive-In: Screening since 1955, this drive-in features blockbusters and an old-school snack bar with burgers.
2nd Story Entertainment: An INDOOR family fun center featuring an 18-hole unique mini golf experience in themed rooms and an arcade.
Vertigo Pinball: Fun for all ages with unique eats, craft beers & ciders.
Hikes
Fall Branch Falls: Stanley Creek Road off of Aska Road. Waterfalls formed of small cascades meeting a 30-foot drop and plunge pool in scenic mountain region. Hike the Benton MacKaye Trail a short half mile, round-trip, in a shady, mossy forest.
Amicalola Falls: 418 Amicalola Falls Rd. Hike Amicalola Falls State Park to Georgia’s tallest waterfall, the southernmost point of the Appalachian Trail. At 729 feet, the falls are the tallest cascading waterfall in the Southeast.
Long Creek Falls: Aska Road to Right on Newport, Left on Doublehead Gap, Right on Forest Service Rd. Hike a scenic stretch of the Appalachian Trail in Georgia to the beautiful Long Creek Falls, and explore the lush waterfalls in the Three Forks Valley. 1.9 miles round-trip.
Swinging Bridge: Aska to left on Newport, right on Dial, right on GA-60, right on Forest Service 816. This 270-foot long hiking bridge is the longest swinging bridge West of the Mississippi River. It’s a short .5 mile hike from the parking lot to the bridge, and you can continue further.

Bear Claw Winery: A family friendly winery in Blue Ridge with live music, games, vineyard, and a fully functioning winery.
Grumpy Old Men Brewery: Founded in 2012 by two retired beer enthusiasts that went from brewing in an outdoor shower to opening their own micro brewery in Blue Ridge. They sold in 2018 and now enjoy retirement from the other side of the bar.
Fannin Brewing Company: Enjoy beer in an authentic German Bier Garden under the shade of trees and sun sails. Outdoor games and great beer!
Cartecay Vineyards: Located in Ellijay, the vineyard has a tasting room located in the original barn that has been rehabilitated from 1890. There is also a tasting room in downtown Ellijay and downtown Blue Ridge.
Reece’s Cider Company: Using fresh fruits from the family orchard this farm winery offers craft hard cider along with food trucks and live music. Just down the road from Cartecay Vineyards in Ellijay.

This cabin is 100% worth what you pay for!!! Absolutely amazing from start to finish: incredible views from every room, superbly outfitted kitchen, and really caring and helpful host. The huge decks offered a variety of seating and lounging options – all with stunning views. We enjoyed the sauna, outdoor pool and fireplace each day and it was the perfect place to unwind and relax after exploring the town. Location is perfect too: a short drive to the town of Blue Ridge, lake Blue Ridge, Toccoa River and nearby hiking. We’re already planning our next trip.
Kristi is a super dedicated host that does a great job to make sure you have everything you need. Even when something does go wrong Kristi goes above and beyond to make your stay is worthwhile regardless. I really appreciated her quick responses to our questions or concerns.
Everyone in our group thought this was probably the most beautiful and comfortable Airbnb we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Next level accommodations, views and overall experience. We loved the modern design while still maintaining some rustic charm. The Wi-Fi worked great throughout our trip. Grilling out on the outdoor grill was fun and the kitchen was BEYOND well stocked with everything we needed to prepare gourmet meals. Our kids LOVED the bunk beds, the foosball, ping pong, gaming arcade and pool. Could not think of a better way to experience North Georgia mountains and spend quality time with family!
I stayed here as a part of a corporate retreat and this is, by far, the best Airbnb home experience I’ve ever had!!! This home has breathtaking views of the mountains, forests and surrounding area. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise each morning and enjoyed a cup of coffee on the expansive deck. There are many great hikes within walking distance. The house is very secluded, yet only 15 minutes from Blue Ridge. The road is very well maintained and the house is easy to get to. Kristi was very easy to work with and quickly responded to our questions. Can’t thank her enough for her gracious hospitality and for sharing this beautiful home with our group!
